  • If a client cancels an order before work has commenced, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed terms.
  • If a client is unsatisfied due to a change in personal preference rather than a failure to meet the agreed scope of work.
  • If the client fails to provide necessary details or feedback, causing project delays or dissatisfaction.
  • If work has been initiated and significant progress has been made, a partial refund may be considered instead of a full refund.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Submit a written request via email within 7 days of receiving the service.
  • Provide clear reasons for the refund request, including any supporting evidence.
  • Allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue through revisions before requesting a refund.

Processing of Refunds

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
